India UAE Relations Strengthen as Reem Al Hashimy Praises PM Modi Ahead of Emirates Visit

India UAE Relations : India and the United Arab Emirates are set to deepen strategic ties as Prime Minister Narendra Modi begins his key Abu Dhabi visit on May 15 .Ahead of the visit, UAE Minister of State for International Cooperation. Reem Al Hashimy referred to India’s engagement with the Emirates as a “true treasure,” demonstrating the two countries’ growing trust and cooperation.

Speaking before the high-level discussions, Al Hashimy complimented Prime Minister Modi’s contribution in building bilateral relations and stated that both countries are working toward larger goals in commerce, technology, infrastructure, and energy cooperation. She noted that the India-UAE partnership is progressing toward “new mountain tops” as both countries expand economic and strategic interaction.

PM Modi’s visit to the UAE is part of his five-nation foreign trip, and it follows numerous crucial talks between the leaders of both nations earlier this year. Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the UAE President, paid a visit to India in January, and the UAE Crown Prince attended an international AI summit there in February.

The visit is likely to focus mostly on trade expansion, artificial intelligence, energy security, and significant connectivity projects connecting Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
