Jaishankar in UAE Calls for Multilateral Reforms
Jaishankar stated that the international order was evolving at a rapid rate, shaped by both long-term tendencies and unexpected surprises. He saw that countries were responding to these developments based on their individual circumstances and seeking new ways to collaborate.
His statements underlined the importance of reviewing how multilateral institutions operate in an ever-changing global environment. The proposal for reform came as India and the UAE were discussing their partnership during the minister’s visit to Abu Dhabi.

The episode focuses on his diplomatic engagement with the UAE at a time when he has emphasised the importance of countries adapting to global changes.
