UAE weather is expected to remain hot on Saturday, September 12, with temperatures climbing as high as 47°C in Liwa. Al Ain could see 45°C, while several other parts of the country are forecast to record temperatures above 40°C.
The weather is expected to be fair to partly cloudy throughout the UAE. Some clouds may build over eastern and southern areas throughout the afternoon, with the possibility of convective cloud formation.
UAE Weather Forecast for Saturday
Humidity may climb during the nite and into Sunday am in certain coastal and inland regions. This could cause fog or mist in a few areas during the early hours.
Winds are forecast to be mild to moderate, blowing from the southeast to the northeast. Wind speeds could range from 10 to 25 km/h, with stronger winds occasionally reaching 40 km/h.
Abu Dhabi is anticipated to achieve a high of 42°C, with temperatures dropping to 30°C at nite. Dubai will similarly have a high of 42°C and a low of 29°C.
Sharjah and Ajman could reach 41°C. Temperatures are anticipated to peak to 42°C in Umm Al Quwain and Ras Al Khaimah, with Fujairah remaining somewhat milder at 35°C.
The hottest spots will be inland. Liwa can reach 47°C, making it one of the warmest places in the country. Al Ain is expected to reach 45°C, while Ruwais and Al Sila may register 41°C. Dalma is anticipated to reach approximately 40°C.
Humidity levels may also be high in certain regions. Abu Dhabi, Liwa, Ruwais, Al Sila, and Dalma may see maximum humidity levels of up to 90%. Dubai and Sharjah could reach up to 85%.
Sea Conditions and Tides
The Arabian Gulf is forecast to be mild to moderate at times. High tide is predicted at 2:17pm and again at 1:59am, with low tides at 7:45am and 7:50pm.
Similar circumstances are forecast in the Oman Sea, where the sea may vary from slight to moderate. High tides are predicted for 10:18am and 10:58pm, with low tides at 4:38pm and 4:46am.
Weather Outlook for Sunday and Beyond
The weather on Sunday is anticipated to be fair to partly overcast, with clouds forming over eastern parts. Humidity will rise again overnight and into Monday morning, increasing the likelihood of fog or mist in some coastal and rural areas.
On Monday and Tuesday, expect partly overcast skies, greater overnight humidity, and possibly some fog or mist in the early morning.
