Vivo has unveiled several key specifications for the Pro Mini variant ahead of its formal launch. The device will be powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 CPU. This is also a flagship processor that will power inexpensive premium phones. The design of the Vivo S50 Pro Mini has also been unveiled. It sports a camera module that resembles the iPhone Air. The phone may be released in global regions, including India, as the Vivo X300 FE.

A Vivo representative has disclosed the main features of the Vivo S50 Pro Mini. He stated that the phone will feature a 6.31-inch display. That is, it will have a compact design. The handset will have a twin rear camera configuration. It will have a big primary sensor with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto lens.
The Vivo S50 Pro Mini will have a 50-megapixel selfie camera in the front. The forthcoming smartphone will include full focal length zoom, just like the brand’s costly flagship handsets. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor will power the device, along with LPDDR5X Ultra RAM. It can give a maximum speed of 9,600 Mbps. It will also provide UFS 4.1 storage.
This is the first time a smartphone from the Vivo S series will include the latest flagship Snapdragon processor. Vivo claims the gadget earned more than 3 million points in the AnTuTu benchmark. Its haptics will be controlled by an X-axis linear motor. The biometric security system will include a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.
The Vivo S50 Pro Mini will be water and dust resistant up to IP68 and IP69 standards. The company has also validated the battery’s specifications. The phone will include a 6,500mAh ‘Blue C’ battery that supports 90W wired and 40W wireless rapid charging.
The Vivo X300 series will be formally introduced on December 2 at 12 p.m. The Vivo X300 and X300 Pro were released in China and other markets in October. The main draw of both phones is their camera configuration. The phones have Zeiss imaging systems, including a 200-megapixel rear camera, a 50-megapixel front camera, and a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor.
