The DM’s office issued an order stating that amendments had been made to the “List of Holidays Announced for the Year 2025” released by the Uttar Pradesh Government’s General Administration Department, Lucknow, on December 17, 2024. According to the updated list, Guru Gobind Singh Jayanti will be celebrated on December 27th, 2025, as a holiday. Schools and colleges will be closed on this day.
