Prince Andrew Accused of Sharing UK Trade Files With Epstein, Emails Show

Mountbatten-Windsor, King Charles’ younger brother, shared official British trade documents with Jeffrey Epstein in 2010, passing information to the late sex offender from his position as a government ambassador, according to emails.

The former prince, 65, has endured years of scrutiny for his acquaintance with Epstein, a relationship that has cost him his position in the royal family, titles, and residence. Andrew has consistently denied any wrongdoing and has not replied to demands for comment since the release of the Epstein papers.

In the most recent batch of information disclosed in the United States, emails appear to demonstrate that Andrew transmitted to Epstein reports about Vietnam, Singapore, and other locations that he had received as part of an official tour.

Trade envoys are normally prohibited from disclosing sensitive or commercial documents due to confidentiality concerns.

Prince Andrew, 65, has faced years of criticism over his association with Epstein. That relationship ultimately led to him stepping back from royal duties, losing military titles, and vacating royal residences.

Over the last ten days, disclosures from the Epstein files have enveloped British Prime Minister Keir Starmer in the largest crisis of his tenure, following his appointment of Epstein’s acquaintance, Peter Mandelson, as ambassador to the United States.

Mandelson, like Andrew, appears to have shared sensitive government papers from 2009 and 2010 with Epstein, and police are investigating allegations of wrongdoing in public office.

Thames Valley Police announced last week that they were considering a fresh complaint against Andrew involving a woman being escorted to a Windsor residence in light of the most recent Epstein files.

Mountbatten-Windsor, the late Queen Elizabeth’s second son, was compelled to resign from all formal royal activities in 2019, and Charles stripped him of the title of prince last October. Last week, Andrew was transferred out of his royal residence.

The former prince, 65, has endured years of criticism for his affiliation with Epstein, which has lost him his position in the royal family, titles, and residence. Andrew has always denied any wrongdoing and has not replied to calls for comment since the recent release of Epstein files.
