Iran warns : Randhir Jaiswal, an official spokesperson for the Ministry of External Affairs, said on Friday that India is keeping an eye on Indians in Iran as tensions with the US escalate. According to Al Jazeera, the Iranian diplomat stressed that his country “neither seeks tension nor war and will not initiate any war”. However, he stated that if Iran was attacked, it would see “all bases, facilities, and assets of the hostile force” in the region as “legitimate targets”.
