  • Next, input your PNR, email address, and passenger information, and then submit the request.

How are these refunds processed?

  • If you paid for your flight online, your refund will be processed using the same card or payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
  • However, if you paid in cash, you must visit the ticket counter at the airport where you booked. They will handle your refund once you present your flight ticket and a valid ID.
  • If you booked your flight through a travel agent or a third-party booking portal (e.g., MakeMyTrip, Yatra), that agency will handle your refund.
