Washington DC [US]: US President Donald Trump praised the United States’ military actions in Iran on Friday , claiming that the Persian Gulf country has lost its army, navy, and communications, as well as its leaders.
He made the statements during a roundtable discussion about collegiate athletics at the White House.
Donald Trump told reporters
Trump told reporters, “We’re doing extremely well, by the way, in Iran. Somebody asked, “How would you rate it from zero to ten?” I said I’d give it a 12-15. Their army is gone. Their navy is no longer in existence. Their communications have vanished. Their leaders are gone. Two of their leaders have gone. They are down to their third set. Their aviation forces were destroyed completely. Think about it. They own 32 ships. “All 32 are at the bottom of the ocean.”
He praised the US military and stated that the move was taken in reaction to the deaths of its citizens over the years.

“Our military is doing exceptionally well. The situation is dire, and there are sick leaders who are murdering a large number of people, including many of our own. They were being maimed and devastated with bombs, going around with no legs or arms and their faces blown. We had a choice. We could keep going like this for years before doing something about it. And we did something about it,” Trump stated.
He went on to say that people are impressed by the US military, recalling previous military actions in Venezuela, and that the US is being appreciated more than ever before.
“People are really impressed with our military, and they admire our military for what occurred in Venezuela and what is occurring now, as well as what happened with the B-2 bombers prior to this, when they destroyed Iran’s nuclear capabilities or potential. I believe we are currently a more respected country than we have ever been,” the US President stated.
