West Bengal NEET UG Counseling 2025 : The West Bengal NEET UG 2025 Round 2 counseling procedure has been revised by the West Bengal Medical Counseling Committee (WBMCC). August 27 marked the start of the online registration process, which will run through September 11. Additionally, September 11 is the deadline for registration fee payments. The previous deadline was August 29.
Verification of applicants in the pre-designated college and time slot by the software will take place from September 8 to 12, following successful registration and payment of the fee. The deadline for document verification was previously August 30, however it has already been extended.

On September 13 and 15, applicants will be able to turn in their seats online at the designated college level with all of their original paperwork. September 15 will mark the release of the merit list. The properly authenticated candidates will have the opportunity to complete and lock their online choices between September 15 and 17. On September 22, after 4 p.m., the final seat allocation list will be made public.

The complete timetable is available to students who took part in the counseling on the official website, wbmcc.nic.in. In order to access the counseling process register, they will need to input their login credentials, which include their application number and birthdate.
According to the official timetable, the chosen applicants must report to the designated colleges between September 23 and September 25. The online stray vacancy round will start on October 16 and the round 3 admissions for open seats will start on September 30.
NEET UG Counseling in West Bengal 2025: Documents Needed
- Upon admission, students will require the following paperwork:
- The admit card for NEET UG 2025
- NEET UG 2025 scores
- –– Grades 10 and 12 reports
- Certificates of passing in classes 10 and 12
- The certificate of domicile, if any
- The category certificate, if any
- Proof of identity (passport, Aadhaar card, etc.)
- The size of a passport-sized photo
- -— Caste certificate (if any)
- certificate of health (if the institute requires it)
- Details of the bank account and the receipt for the fee
The entire counseling timetable has been revised with this extension. According to the updated timeline, the seat matrix and the list of candidates who were successfully validated will now be published on September 15. The choice-filling and locking window will thereafter stay open from September 15 to September 17. Candidates assigned seats must report and finish the admissions procedures between September 23 and September 25, 2025, after the Round 2 results are announced on September 22.

All medical candidates vying for admission under West Bengal’s State Quota, Private Management Quota, and NRI Quota seats must adhere to this updated schedule. The third round of counseling will start on September 30, 2025, following Round 2, and the online stray vacancy round will start on October 16, 2025.

- Make a priority list by ranking your chosen universities and courses.
- After making your selections, save them under the WB NEET UG choice filling and locking procedure.
