The developments come amid rising tensions in West Asia following a joint US-Israeli military operation on Iranian territory on February 28 that killed its Supreme Leader, Khamenei, and other senior leaders, sparking a ferocious reaction from Tehran.

Targeting important military locations, nuclear-related infrastructure, and leadership compounds, US and Israeli troops launched massive air and missile strikes throughout Iran as part of a coordinated operation known as Operation Epic Fury/Roaring Lion.
Iran retaliated by launching waves of drone and missile attacks across several Arab nations, targeting Israeli assets and American military installations throughout the area. Israel also continued its strikes on Tehran and expanded the fight to Lebanon, targeting Hezbollah.
The White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt told the media on Friday that the achievable goals of Operation Epic Fury are anticipated to last roughly four to six weeks as the conflict in West Asia continues to worsen. She also added that the US has enough ammunition and stockpile to meet the goals of the operation and beyond.
Speaking to reporters in Washington, DC, Leavitt made the statements.
“The realistic goals of Operation Epic Fury are estimated to last four to six weeks. We are well on our way to accomplishing these goals. We know that we have sunk more than 30 Iranian vessels and ships in our efforts to destroy Iran’s Navy. Their Navy is currently deemed combat useless. Eliminating Iran’s ballistic missile danger to the United States, as well as our troops and bases in the region. We have done an outstanding job.”The US military has done a fantastic job,” the White House Press Secretary said.
