IGNOU Registration start : The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has launched registration for Open and Distance Learning (ODL) undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and certificate programs for the January session. Candidates can apply on the official website ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.

The program offers over 200 courses and allows for flexible learning in a variety of subjects, making education more accessible to both Indian and international students. The deadline for registration is January 31, 2026.

Eligibility criteria of IGNOU Registration

Undergraduate programs: Candidates must have passed the Class 12 (10+2) test from a recognized board.
Postgraduate programmes: Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized/reputable university.
Diploma and certificate courses: Some programmes may require relevant work experience and/or specified required certificates.

Registration, Cancellation, and Refund Policy (brief):

The registration cost is nonrefundable.
Fees are refundable prior to admittance confirmation.
After confirmation, 15% of the programme price (up to Rs 2,000) will be withheld if you cancel.
Students who opt for soft copy study materials will receive a refund after subtracting only the registration price.
Students who received fee exemptions will only receive a reimbursement for the development cost.
There will be no fee refunds after 60 days from the admissions closing date.
