The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued an advance notice of the test location for the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) University Grants Commission (UGC) National Eligibility Test. Applicants who have registered for the examination can see a list of cities on the CSIR UGC NET’s official website.
The advance notification slip informing the candidates of the allotment of the exam city has been hosted on the official website csirnet.nta.nic.in .
To access the city intimation slips, applicants must input their login information, which includes their application number and date of birth.

The NTA also stated that this is not the written test Admit Card, which would be issued separately.

The CSIR UGC NET examinations will take place on December 18, 2025. The test will be given in a Computer Based Test (CBT) format at several exam centers. The paper will last 180 minutes, with the first shift running from 9:30 a.m. to 12 noon and the second from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
