US President Donald Trump expressed disappointment that Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has failed to review the US proposal to ensure regional peace amid Ukraine’s continued conflict with Russia. Trump claimed Russia was willing to accept the plan, but he wasn’t sure whether Zelenskyy agreed.
“We have spoken with President Putin and Ukrainian leaders, including President Zelenskyy. I’m unhappy that President Zelenskyy hasn’t reviewed the plan yet… Russia is fine with it (the proposal). However, I am not sure Zelenskyy is okay with it. It’s really popular among his people. “But he’s not ready,” Trump stated.
Reiterating that he had stopped eight worldwide wars, Trump stated that he hoped to terminate the Russia-Ukraine conflict as well, but that it would not be simple.
“I brought an end to eight wars, including those in Russia and Ukraine. I expected it to be a little easier, but it’s not,” he explained.
Donald Trump defended the US tariff move
The US President also justified his tariff action, describing it as a ‘direct’ and ‘less laborious’ way to assure decisive national security.
“While the United States has other methods of charging TARIFFS against foreign countries, many of which have, for YEARS, TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF OUR NATION, the current method of Tariffing before the United States Supreme Court is far more DIRECT, LESS CUMBERSOME, and MUCH FASTER, all of which are required for a strong and decisive national security outcome. “SPEED, POWER, AND CERTAINTY ARE ALWAYS IMPORTANT FACTORS IN GETTING THE JOB DONE IN A LONG-LASTING AND VICTORIOUS MANNER,” he wrote on Truth Social.

“I have settled eight wars in ten months as a result of the President of the United States’ clearly defined powers. If countries did not believe these rights existed, they would have stated so, LOUDLY AND CLEARLY! “Thank you for your attention to this matter,” he said.
