A 19 kilogram cylinder in Delhi now costs ₹1580, down from ₹1590.50 previously. In Kolkata, a commercial cylinder will now cost ₹1684, down from ₹1694. In Mumbai, a commercial cylinder now costs ₹1531.50, down from ₹1542. In Chennai, a commercial cylinder now costs ₹1739.50, down from ₹1750.
However, on December 1st, domestic cylinder prices didn’t alter. As a result, in Delhi, a 14.2 kilogram cylinder still costs ₹853. The cost of a domestic cylinder is ₹852.50 in Mumbai, ₹890.50 in Lucknow, ₹985.50 in Kargil, ₹969 in Pulwama, and ₹890.50 in Bageshwar.
Notably, the cost of a 14.2 kilogram household cylinder was the same at Rs 853 last month. The cost of a cylinder of residential LPG was raised by Rs 50 in April.
On the first of each month, the state-owned Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) increase ATF and LPG prices based on the average price of benchmark international fuels and foreign exchange rates.
