The next-generation Kia Seltos’ engine and powertrain have remained a mystery. However, it is expected to maintain the same power units as the current versions, with 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol, 1.5-litre turbo-petrol, and 1.5-litre diesel engines as possibilities. Kia is also likely to provide a new hybrid engine option for the Kia Seltos, which will have a self-charging hybrid arrangement.
