UAE Weather Forecast: Temperatures May Reach 48°C, Fog and Clouds Expected

The UAE weather forecast for the week points to hot and humid conditions, with temperatures expected to reach 48°C in some inland areas. The country will also see partly cloudy skies, while fog, mist and convective clouds may develop at different times through Friday.

The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) predicts Monday to be fair to partly overcast. Clouds may form over eastern sections of the UAE and become convective in the afternoon.

UAE Weather Forecast: Hot Conditions and High Humidity

Inland areas are predicted to have high temperatures ranging from 43°C to 48°C on Monday. Temperatures in coastal and island areas may range from 37°C to 42°C, while mountain areas may have highs of 29°C to 35°C.

Humidity will stay high. It might reach 90% in coastal and interior locations, with increased humidity forecast overnight and Tuesday morning. This may cause fog or mist in certain areas.

On Tuesday, winds could gust up to 35 km/h. The weather is anticipated to be fair to partly overcast, with a potential of convective clouds forming over eastern parts in the afternoon.

Fog and mist may return in several coastal and interior locations by Wednesday morning. Conditions will continue to fluctuate during the week, with clouds forming in portions of the country.

Clouds and Mist Expected Later in the Week

On Wednesday, clouds are predicted to gather across eastern and southern regions. Some of these clouds could develop convective in the afternoon.

Thursday is anticipated to be partly overcast. Mist may form over western areas early in the day, while some coastal areas may experience mist on Friday morning.

The weather will be fair to partly overcast on Friday. Some coastal and rural locations are predicted to experience an increase in humidity tonight and into Saturday morning.

Despite fluctuations in cloud and humidity levels, sea conditions are likely to remain stable. The Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea are expected to enjoy mild conditions throughout the period.

The week’s weather pattern will bring very high temperatures to inland areas, as well as humid conditions with the possibility of fog, mist, and convective clouds. The coastal and mountain areas are likely to be cooler than the inland regions.
